I thank God for places like EOYDC. The center has excellent programs for people of all ages. They have an excellent GED preparation class with an outstanding teacher by the name of Anana Scott. She really cares about her students. When I first got into the class, there were so many that that I didn’t understand. Whenever it was something we didn’t understand, Ms. Anana went over it with us until we got it. Unlike so many other GED programs, at the EOYDC we received one-on-one attention. Not only that, when we were ready to take the exam, they paid for it.
I would like to especially thank Ms. Regina for hiring Ms. Anana. I want to thank Ms. Anana for being so dedicated and encouraging, and for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. I thank her for not allowing me to give up on myself and my dreams. As for the staff, volunteers, and supporters of EOYDC, none of this would have been possible without them. I thank them so very much!
I won’t forget to give back.
