Artists are selected by the EOYDC Art Advisory Board, made up of professionals from the arts and business communities. Artists are chosen based on their professional resume, having a BA degree (or higher) in an art-related field, exhibiting a high-quality body of work on a yearly basis, ability to work well with others, and experience working with urban youth.
