I didn’t finish high school because when I was younger, I didn’t think school was important. I knew it was an ingredient to success, but I really didn’t care. Back then, I would have rather cut class and hang with friends or not show up at all. I also didn’t have the concentration growing up. I realized I needed an education to make it in life, and that’s where EOYDC came in.

EOYDC allowed me to come for a couple of hours a day, and that was helpful since I have ADHD. In addition, Ms. Anana and the rest of the staff were supportive and didn’t give up on me when I messed up, which not a lot of people would do.

Thank you, EOYDC and Ms. Anana.
