It is now 2008, and I just received my GED certificate. Originally, I was supposed to graduate in June of 1996, but dropped out because of issues at home. I am glad the EOYDC was there to support me through my journey. They offered support in more than one way.
When I first began my class, I thought I could not do the work, but Sister Anana was there to encourage me every step of the way. Not only do they help you achieve your highest potential, they pay for the test.
I don’t know if I could’ve done it alone. Thank you to all the staff that supported me. I am so grateful. Now I can move forward in my life.
