The reason that I didn’t finish high school is that I didn’t get the help from the teachers that I needed. This made me feel stupid because I didn’t know how to do some of the class work. Because of this, I started cutting class and hanging around with my friends; not much time later, I dropped out. Then my cousin Alma told me about the GED at and it seemed pretty interesting, so I decided to apply. Throughout the program, Ms. Anana explained to me how to do the problems in a way where I could understand them. It was easier for me and that made me want to go to the classes because it was working for me. Because it was working for me, I thought I could finish and I did finish! Thank you, EOYDC!
